Job Summary

This position encompasses a variety of repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks. It includes, but is not limited to, minor plumbing repair, troubleshooting electrical and HVAC problems, drywall repair, door and lock issues and general preventative maintenance.

• Responsibilities - Respond promptly to service calls and routine maintenance on properties.
• This position is the foundation upon which our company thrives.  We fully address  the needs of our clients related to home service.  When interacting with clients, it is essential to maintain a polished appearance, exhibit courteous behavior, and conduct oneself with professionalism at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

• Knowledge of home systems
• Knowledge of tool use
• Willingness to learn and grow 
• Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 pounds periodically

Compensation

• $18 - $30 an hour based on skills and experience
